by Brand Runner, Inc. (Henceforward Brand Runner, We, Us). This policy
describes how Brand Runner collects and uses the personal information you

does not cover information that may be collected offline.

What information do we collect?
We
collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order,
enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as
e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When
ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing
address, phone number and credit card information. You may, however, visit our site
anonymously. We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can
fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is
not used for marketing purposes.
As is true of most web sites, we gather
certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol
(IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit
pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We use this information, which does not

Additionally,

that provide services to help us with our business activities such as shipping
your order, offering customer service, processing payments and facilitating
feedback on our products. These companies are authorized to use your personal

How can you opt-out, remove or modify
information you have provided to us?
If your personally information changes, or if you no longer desire our service,
you may correct, update, amend, delete, or request deletion of your information
by making the change in the Account Settings area of the site, by emailing our
Customer Support at support@brandrunner.com or by contacting us by telephone or
postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access
within 30 days.
To
delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the
"My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses,
billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain
information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that
transaction and for record keeping.
In
general, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active
or as needed to provide you services and use your information as necessary to
comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and
email address to send the newsletter to you.
Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our
newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions
included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account

that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in

What tracking technologies do we use?
Cookies
are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your

remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember
and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us

employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons), that help
us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is
effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics
with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track
the online movements of Web users. In
contrast to cookies, which are stored on a users computer hard drive, clear
gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period
at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear
gifs to our customers personally identifiable information.
The use of cookies and/or web beacons by our service providers and other 3rd
party elements on our site is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over these trackers. The use of these trackers by 3rd
parties helps them better manage their content on our site, or provide their
services to you. We do not tie the
information gathered to our Customers or Users personally identifiable
information.
We partner with third party ad networks to either display advertising on
our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web
beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities
on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your
interests. If you wish to not have this
information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out

How
do we protect visitor information?
We
implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your

Refer a Friend
If you choose
to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you
for your friends name and email address.
We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or
her to visit the respective site. Brand
Runner stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time
email and tracking the success of our referral program.

information from our database.
Our Blog
Our Web
site offer a publicly accessible blog. You should be aware that any information
you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who
