How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Ultimate Globes makes shopping easy! Sometimes returns & exchanges are necessary and we are happy to accept your return within 30 days of your purchase. In addition we understand that on occasion a part or piece may be missing from your order and we are happy to assist in sending these items as well.

Damaged, Incorrect Item or Missing Parts
If your item was received damaged, you received the incorrect item or is missing components, please complete the "Additional Assistance Needed" form by clicking the link below. We will contact the manufacturer and have a replacement item, the correct item, or the missing components shipped to you. Incorrectly shipped and Damaged items are eligible for exchange at our expense for the item ordered. Some damaged items may only require replacement of effected parts.

Exchanging Your Item
NO RESTOCKING FEES when you exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value! To exchange your item simply place a new order online for the item you would like to exchange for. Once you have placed your order, note your new order number and complete the request to receive a "RMA" return authorization by clicking the link below. We will ship your new order right away and issue your credit once your return has been received by our warehouse.
Return shipping is at the customers expense.

Returning Your Item
You may return your item by requesting a return merchandise authorization "RMA" by clicking the link below, returns to our warehouse are not accepted without this number. Once your return has been received and processed, your qualifying credit will be issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by a store gift certificate, the credit will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, if your item qualified for free shipping at the time your order was placed, the actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your credit amount. Return shipping is at the customers expense.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Custom/Special Order Items: Items that are considered customized or special order, such as those having a special engraved name plate or globe parts (orders for components of a globe that do not include the entire finished product as shown) may not be returned or exchanged for credit.

Return Method: Items being returned should be shipped via UPS or FEDEX standard ground or most economical. Due to the size of most shipments, we do not receive returns via the United States Parcel Service (USPS). We encourage our customers to insure their return in the event the item is damaged in shipment.
We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Customer is responsible for filing a claim and seeking refund from the shipping carrier for items damaged during return shipping.

Order Cancellation: Due to the speed in which we process orders to our warehouses, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
