Our employees continue to work hard day & night to make sure you receive your items on a timely basis. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this time with you!

While there are many things we can control, there are some we have to rely on our suppliers and vendors to do as well, the most important being inventory and delivery logistics.

Our site is continuously updated with current inventory for our available items, however, in some cases and due to high demand, updating these items in real-time can be a challenge leading to a few items becoming out of stock. If this happens we will provide a remedy as soon as we are able.

Also, it is important to note that carriers such as UPS & FedEx have estimated over 100 million packages in excess of current capacity and have asked us to make sure customers’ expectations are understood during what will be a very difficult period for on-time delivery.
