Our employees continue to work hard day & night to make sure you receive your gifts in time for this Holiday Season. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this time with you!

While there are many things we can control, there are some we have to rely on our suppliers and vendors to do as well, the most important being inventory and delivery logistics.

Our site is continuously updated with current inventory for our available items, however, in some cases and due to this seasons incredible demand updating these items in real-time can be a challenge leading to a few items becoming out of stock.If this happens we will provide a remedy as soon as we are able.

Also, it is important to note that carriers such as UPS & FedEx have estimated over 100 million packages in excess of current capacity and have asked us to make sure customer’s expectations are understood during what will be a very difficult period for on-time delivery. The anticipation is that deliveries will take longer the closer we get to Chrsitmas, so please order early.

We ask that each of our customers place their orders early no later than December 16th to ensure plenty of time for shipments that may include delays to arrive on time for Christmas. It is possible for orders after this time to arrive on time, however, both carriers have suspended their on-time guarantees.
